The association is a community-based organization located in Mubende District, Uganda, dedicated to community advocacy and social development. It works closely with local leaders and community members to promote inclusive participation, protect human rights, and amplify the voices of vulnerable populations within the district.
The organization places a strong focus on women and children’s welfare, recognizing them as key drivers of sustainable community development. Through targeted programs, it supports vulnerable women, orphans, and at-risk children by addressing their basic needs while also promoting dignity, safety, and long-term empowerment.
In the area of food security and nutrition, the association works to reduce hunger and malnutrition among vulnerable households. It supports small-scale farming, nutrition education, and household food production initiatives to ensure families have access to adequate and nutritious food throughout the year.
The association also promotes economic empowerment and job creation by providing livelihood skills training, vocational education, and support for income-generating activities. These initiatives help women and youth gain practical skills, create employment opportunities, and improve household incomes.

In terms of healthcare, the organization facilitates access to basic health services through community health education, referrals, and awareness programs. It addresses key health challenges affecting women and children, including maternal health, child health, and prevention of common diseases.

Shelter & protection for vulnerable groups
Additionally, the association supports shelter and protection for vulnerable groups, including children and women facing extreme hardship. It works to improve living conditions, provide temporary shelter where needed, and advocate for safe and secure environments within the community.
